The gardens make for a stunning backdrop for a ceremony if you want to go the all-in-one-location route (which, why wouldn't you - less time travelling = more time celebrating with friends and fam right?)
I recommend getting out into the courtyard for a dusk drink and dance-off - you'll feel very debonair; a picture of sophisticated grace.

The Southern Highlands is known for these massive, expansive views of massive hills, forests, vineyards and valleys and few places in the highlands capture all of this like Centennial Vineyards.
Not only do they have beautiful ceremony spaces onsite in the garden and courtyard but they have you covered - literally (sorry) - with wet weather options available.
As you might expect, the venue has a fully functioning winery as well which is obviously perfect for photos but in addition to this, just the entire grounds are stunning in a classically romantic kind of way.
